Understanding Modules and Pricing Features

Modules are features of the system that the job board owner can set limitations on for subscription plans.

Plan limitations control usage are set for each module independent of other modules. Limitations can be concurrent (5 jobs active at the same time), limiting the number of job postings a Company can post at one time or limitations can limit the total number of job postings a Company can have for the life of their active subscription. This only applies to the Job Module. 

Some modules support only concurrent, some modules support only total, and some modules support both kinds of limitations. 

The HiringOpps job board platform is designed so that as new features are added, new modules can be added easily. For example, video interviews will soon be integrated, so you will be able to add that as a feature to your plans or as a separate add-on to upsell to employers. 

Total limitations can be set up to reset each month, for example, to allow a Company to post 10 jobs each month or they can last for the whole duration of the subscription. 

Although you’ll see other modules/features (also called "limitations) listed in your HiringOpps admin panel, these are the features most used to create robust recurring plans for employers (those with * are minimum requirements for a job posting plan to work for employers): 

*Company Employees - this module gives employers the option to add employees who can access the site. 

*Job Postings - this module gives employers the ability to post jobs. 

Resume Database Searches - this module allows employers to do resume database searches. 

Profile Views - this module allows employers to view candidate profiles. Note: Employers will need access to view candidate profiles of those who submit applications even if employers do not have access to search your database of candidates. 

Emails (Candidate Contacts) - this module allows employers to send individual and batch emails to candidates in your database. Note: Employers will need access to email candidates who submit applications even if employers do not have access to search your database of candidates. 

Resume File Downloads - this module gives employers the option to download candidate resumes. Note: Employers will need access to download resumes of candidates who submit applications even if employers do not have access to search your database of candidates. 

Featured Job Postings - this module gives employers the option to feature their jobs. Featured Jobs are listed at the top of search results for candidates, giving the jobs more exposure than non-Featured jobs. Here is an example:

Company Featured - this module gives employers the option to be featured on your site. Featured Employers get their logo listed on your website’s homepage and on the top of job search results. Here are examples:

Job Newsletters
You can use this option to upsell an ad in a newsletter email you send to job board candidates outside of the HiringOpps platform.

Company Newsletters
You can use this option to upsell an ad in a newsletter email you send to job board employers outside of the HiringOpps platform.

Eblasts (Small/Medium/Big)
You can use this option to upsell a custom email your team designs to send an email to job board users outside of the HiringOpps platform. Small/Medium/Big are meant to be used for the size of the eblasts (i.e. the number of recipients (500/1,500/2,500).

Custom Email
You can use this option to upsell a custom email your team designs to send an email to job board users outside of the HiringOpps platform.

Custom Social Job Posts
You can use this option to upsell a social media posts that your team would manually post on your social platforms outside of the HiringOpps platform.

Job Post Review & Rewriting
You can use this option to upsell job post review/rewriting services to your employers that your team would handle outside of the HiringOpps platform.

Targeted Advertising
You can use this option to upsell any additional marketing you want to run on behalf of marketing your employers' jobs outside of the HiringOpps platform.

Account Management
You can use this option to upsell a service to manage an employer's account on their behalf.

Company Profile Makeover
You can use this option to upsell a service to add images, logos, videos, company information, etc., to an employer's profile.

Saved Searches
You can use this option to upsell a service to set up saved candidate searches for employers so they will get email notifications as candidates register who match their criteria.

Candidate Dashboard Ad
You can use this option to upsell a banner ad to employers in the candidate dashboard. Note: Your team will have to manually create and add the ad to the candidate dashboard page.

Career Fairs
You can use this option to upsell career fair or other event services to employers. Note: Your team will need to manually manage any information required for external platforms.

Internal Sourcing
You can use this option to upsell internal sourcing services to employers where you search and contact candidates in your database on behalf of the employer.

Account Setup
You can use this option to upsell any services related to setting up an employer account (i.e. your team adds the company, completes their profile, adds their jobs, etc.).

Advanced Reporting
You can use this option to upsell advanced reporting services to employers. For example, if you are integrated with a CRM like Zoho, HubSpot, etc., you could add a company's job board data and create customized interactive dashboards that provide data beyond the standard job views, applies, etc., that the employer sees in the job board dashboard.

Video Interviews (Jobs/Employees/Access)
These should only be added to plans if you have and activate InterviewOpps subscription.
